WWE Raw had a fresh start for Extreme Rules. A huge championship change was the focal point of the show. Plus a top superstar suffered a suspension for 30 days.

Also, there were multiple fallouts from the Money in the Bank PPV event on Sunday Night. Here are the results from last night’s event hosted by the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Kurt Angle kicked things off standing in the ring. He introduced Alexa Bliss, as the new champion. Bliss continued to gloat about her victory until Ronda Rousey showed up.

She went straight to beat up Bliss with the MITB briefcase. Angle and the referees tried to stop and suffered the same consequence. It led to a 30-day suspension for Rousey.

Seth Rollins was out next talking about his successful title defence at MITB. He continued to issue the IC title open challenge. Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre showed up.

Ziggler chose to face Rollins for the championship. McIntyre continued to provide distraction allowing Ziggler to come with a roll-up win. He became the new IC champion on WWE Raw.

Braun Strowman had a promo segment talking about his MITB win. The crowd chanted ‘you deserve it’ until Kevin Owens interrupted him. He wanted to make an ally with Strowman.

The monster agreed initially before going for a Running Powerslam. Owens escaped the hold and ran away from it.

Sasha Banks and Bayley had a backstage segment. A mutual conversation set up a tag team match where Bayley and Sasha teamed up against the Riott Squad.

The two babyfaces failed to work smoothly allowing the Squad to pick up the win. It continued the rift between the two of them ensuring a brawl at the backstage area.

Kurt Angle had a big announcement on WWE Raw. He informed us about Brock Lesnar’s next championship defence. A multi-person match will take place at Extreme Rules with the winner getting the contender’s spot. Roman Reigns and Bobby Lashley showed demanding their positions in it.

The GM confirmed these two would be there in the match. Lashley and Reigns then team up to take on against the Revival. Reigns delivered a superman punch and Lashley connected with a spear on Dawson for the win.

The WWE Raw tag team champions were in action. They defeated Heath Slater and Rhyno with the Kiss of Deletion. Curt Hawkins continued his losing streak.

Bobby Roode defeated him hitting a spinebuster following it with a Glorious DDT. Mojo Rawley won a match defeating No Way Jose with a HyperDrive. Jinder Mahal also pinned Chad Gable with a Khallas.

A backstage confrontation took place where Constable Corbin set up the main event of WWE Raw. He teamed up with Owens in it to take on the team of Braun Strowman and Finn Balor.

Corbin went for a Chokeslam, but Balor hit him with a Dropkick setting up for Coup De Grace. Corbin countered it and hit the End of Days to pick up the win.
