RAW kicks off from Anaheim, California, once again with Dean Ambrose calling the beast to beat him down. Unfortunately, that would have been much better for Ambrose to eat one or two F-5, as he is the ironman of WWE. Instead, Stephanie McMahon heard his call, decided to show up and forced him to defend his title in a fatal-5-way match against Dolph Ziggler, Stardust, Tyler Breeze and Kevin Owens and as a final handicap to Ambrose, Roman Reigns was barred from ringside, any interference from Reigns would not only disqualify Ambrose but also remove him from the Fastlane main event.

Fatal-5-way Intercontinental championship match
The prizefighter eventually got his waist filled with the gold after being empty-handed for nearly over two long months but at the price of turning Ambrose’s aggression into a nightmare. This was a much-needed win for Owens after digesting two straight losses at the hands of Dolph Ziggler. The final moments saw Ziggler planting both Stardust and Ambrose with ZigZag and Owens hitting a mammoth pop up powerbomb to Tyler Breeze, taking full advantage.
Big E defeated Mark Henry
The New Day seemed ready to appear on the Edge and Christian’s Cutting Edge Peepshow at WWE Fastlane as the resident powerhouse Big E dismantled the world’s strongest man Mark Henry. The former world champ though delivered a big fight before the loss even with interference from Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston. Though Henry evaded the big ending, he was hurt from hitting his ribs into the turnbuckle, and all Big E needed to do was to pin Henry.

Charlotte confronted Brie Bella
Daniel Bryan has retired and her sister Nikki Bella is out due to injury and so it is up to Brie Bella to maintain the legacy of her family when she steps into the ring with Charlotte. Not only that, she must bring the title home where it belongs. Charlotte and his father obviously showed up to crash Brie’s interview and advised for to become a full-time nurse for Bryan and Nikki. Brie has to activate the Brie mode and delivering the “Yes” kicks to make Charlotte hurl away from the ring.
AJ Styles vs. The Miz
After facing a loss to Chris Jericho on Smackdown, the new guy in town was back in track when he defeated the Miz on RAW. With Y2J watching on commentary, Styles kicked out of a Skull-Crushing Finale and locked in the Calf Crusher before challenging Jericho to a rubber match at Fastlane and to get the answer we have to wait till Smackdown.

Paige vs. Summer Rae
Summer Rae was back in action on RAW after a long hiatus as of late. She tried with every offence that she could possibly have but sadly for her Paige had an answer to almost every maneuver that she delivered.
But Paige waited a too long to lock in the PTO which allowed Summer to roll her up for the win.
Roman Reigns confronted Paul Heyman
Paul Heyman brought attention to a fact to Roman Reigns that at Fastlane either his friendship or his dream of becoming the WWE world heavyweight champion again will shatter. Once Heyman departed the Dudley Boyz headed towards the ring to unleash an unprovoked attack on Reigns which ultimately saw Ambrose backing him down. In the chaos, Ambrose had nearly hit Reigns with Dirty Deeds which once again reminded of Heyman’s words.
Heath Slater vs. Zack Ryder
The social outcasts are on a mission to prove themselves that they are the new internet champions. Zack Ryder managed to deliver his Broski Boot to Slater but Bo Dallas distracted him thereafter to get implanted by DDT to face the loss.
The League of Nations vs. The Lucha Dragons and Neville
League of Nations spoiled the party for returning Sin Cara last week and so they hired Neville to even things but sadly that was it. Instead of taking themselves to the winning track, Sin Cara was hit by the double stomp from Del Rio and that too to the badly injured shoulder, while caught in the ropes. Del Rio has the momentum before reclaiming his title at the Fastlane kick-off.

Naomi vs. Becky Lynch
Lynch ate a cheap shot to face from Naomi before RAW has even started and looked for payback by going all over Naomi after the bell rang. Naomi countered impressively with a flurry of kicks but the Irish maiden was powered through to lock in the dis-armer to pick up the win. A post-match beatdown was saved by the boss Sasha Banks.
Big Show vs. Braun Strowman
The final segment of RAW was all about the Wyatt family claiming their bragging rights to take down the Titans of the WWE. We had not heard from the Titans, though, till then and certainly we did not expect what was coming aftermath. It did not take long for the rest of the flock to make their presence felt when they attacked Show in between the match. The big guy Ryback showed up but got outnumbered for obvious. The ring eventually got explored thereafter when Demon Kane rose from Hell to even things off with chokeslams. Wyatts were left with nothing but to follow their own advice i.e. RUN!
