WWE: Raw Full Results: September 18, 2017 1

It was the final episode of WWE Raw before the No Mercy PPV. So, we expected to see the last hype-ups. Plus, a big women’s matchup was announced between the two former friends. Check out the results from the show that was hosted by the SAP Center in San Jose, California.

WWE Raw kicked off with Kurt Angle’s music, who was out to address the crowd to hype up this Sunday Night’s No Mercy PPV event. The Miz interrupted soon complaining that for two consecutive PPVs, his IC title will not be on the line. The GM announced that there would be a fatal-4-way match among The Hardy Boyz, Elias, and Jason Jordan to determine his opponent at the No Mercy.

The champion had problems with Angle’s son getting inserted into the match. So, he basted Angle calling him a bad father to his son. It took Jordan out in the scene ensuing a brawl. Later, the match was made a six pack challenge with Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel also getting into the contest.

The already announced non-title match between Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax took place next. The champion tried to keep herself away from the monstrous lady but ultimately ended up getting punished from her. Nia then hit a big Samoan Drop to pick up the win.

Sasha Banks came down to attack Nia after the match, but got manhandled. Bayley’s music started playing, as she returned to WWE Raw in her hometown. Bayley and Sasha teamed up together against Nia to keep her down. They also took down Bliss who tried to make an ally.

Brock Lesnar and Braun Strowman appeared on the show to give an interview to Michael Cole to hype up their monumental clash on this Sunday. Later, Strowman appeared to ambush Enzo Amore who was out to talk his usual trash inside the ring. Neville came out to deliver a Red Arrow on the already downed Enzo.

Sheamus & Cesaro cut a promo on the tag team title match at No Mercy. Ambrose-Rollins and Gallows-Anderson interfered to set up a three-way match on WWE Raw. Ambrose hit a Dirty Deeds on Anderson, but unable to capitalize since Sheamus shoved him off the ring and got the pinfall to pick up a big win.

Roman Reigns cut a promo on his No Mercy opponent, John Cena and took a shot by calling him a movie star. Apollo Crews pinned Curt Hawkins who suffered his consecutive 115th loss. Bray Wyatt dominantly pinned Dustin Rhodes and confronted Finn Balor to hype their match at No Mercy.

In the main event, the six-way challenge turned out to be an out-and-out brawl among the six contenders. Despite The Miz’s vendetta against Jordan, he was able to pin Curtis Axel to become the new challenger for his title. So, an irate champion went on to deliver a post-match assault on Jordan. The show ended with The Miz talking trash about Jordan who will face him at No Mercy.
