Men’s Money in the Bank 2023 lineup is almost set coming out of this week’s Smackdown and it will be finalized on WWE Raw, next week. The final qualifier to determine the sixth and last participant for the ladder match has been declared for the red brand show waiting within a couple of days.
As confirmed, the final participant will be decided on WWE Raw where Damian Priest and Matt Riddle will compete in the last qualifier match. The winner of this match will join Santos Escobar, LA Knight, Shinsuke Nakamura, Butch, and Ricochet as these five men have already captured their spots in the 2023 Money in the Bank ladder match where they can earn a guaranteed championship match opportunity of their own choice.

Two MITB qualifiers went down on Smackdown
Two of the above-mentioned men, Escobar and Butch, joined the Money in the Bank fray by defeating Mustafa Ali and Baron Corbin in last night’s Smackdown. From the women’s side, Bayley and IYO SKY advanced to the ladder match by respectively defeating Mia Yim and Shotzi. Interestingly though, no women’s qualifier match has been announced for WWE Raw, next week.

As for the confirmed qualifier, both Riddle and Priest will be valiant options to be added to the Money in the Bank ladder match. This week, on WWE Raw, Priest came up short in his attempt at capturing Seth Rollins’ World Heavyweight Championship but he did take the champion to his limit. On the other hand, Riddle has been engaged in a feud with Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER and the latter’s Imperium buddies since his return to WWE.
Cody Rhodes to be in action on June 12 WWE Raw episode
Besides the confirmed Riddle versus Priest qualifier match for Money in the Bank, WWE Raw will also see The Miz competing against Cody Rhodes in a singles contest. This will be the first time that Cody will be in action since passing out to Brock Lesnar at Night of Champions PLE. He competed in that match with an injured arm but still denied to tap out to the Kimura Lock.
Plus, on WWE Raw Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn will compete against GUNTHER and Ludwig Kaiser in a non-title tag team match. Owens and Zayn are also set to receive their next challengers for the undisputed tag titles on next week’s Smackdown.
