The show started as Bray Wyatt came out to the arena. Bray talked about Brock Lesnar on how dangerous he was, and how everyone was scared of him. He said that everyone was wary of the Beast but him. He would slay the beast and would turn out to be everyone’s saviour and also talked about his opponents at Extreme Rules and how he would over smart them and then claimed that only he could slay the beast.
Roman Reigns interrupted Wyatt. They confronted each other and started arguing over the fact who would win at Extreme Rules and would beat Brock Lesnar. Raw general manager Kurt Angle then interrupted and announced a match between Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt.
Match 1 – Bray Wyatt vs. Roman Reigns
The match was going well but after some four minutes, Samoa Joe interrupted and attacked Roman Reigns. As Wyatt attempted to attack Roman, Joe attacked Wyatt too. Seth Rollins came out, as Roman and Seth teamed up to take out the heel.
Result – No Contest
Backstage Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins were talking, as Kurt Angle came out and made a tag team match with all four men involved in the opening segment. ‘The Drifter’ Elias Samson appeared just like every week, as Angle booked the Drifter in a match against Dean Ambrose as Drifter was trying to get his attention for a long time.
Match 2 – Ariya Daivari vs. Akira Tozawa
Small but fun match to watch. During most parts of this match was dominated by Tozawa. Brian Kendrick was seen backstage watching the match. Strange they were still going on with this feud between Tozawa and Kendrick. Tozawa defeated Daivari with a Senton Drop from the top rope.
Winner – Akira Tozawa
Match 3 – Elias Samson vs. Intercontinental champion Dean Ambrose
Elias Samson was seen inside the ring singing and playing his guitar. Dean interrupted, the camera showed Miz and Maryse at the commentary table. The match was going well, Samson looked really impressive in his first match. After some seven minutes of the match, Miz came out of the commentary table and hit Samson which led to a DQ defeat for Ambrose.

Backstage Enzo was seen beaten down. Kurt Angle asked Enzo if he knew who assaulted him. Enzo said that he could not understand who it was. Angle said that he would go to the bottom of this.
Finn started cutting a promo after getting into the ring. He botched a little on the mic, as he said vital instead of fatal. Surprisingly, Paul Heyman interrupted him. Paul said that he came here to scout the potential victims of the beast. He talked about all five wrestlers separately. He talked about Finn at the end and praised Finn for being one of the most talented wrestlers in WWE today. Then the advocate of Brock Lesnar said that the Beast vs. Finn Balor seems the biggest possibility for the title.
Match 4 – Finn Balor vs. Karl Anderson
We have no idea why they were doing this. This was the worst decision to make the Club and Balor fight without any cause. They booked the match for six minutes but it was entertaining. It was an easy win for Balor, as he pinned Anderson after the Coup De Grace.
Winner – Finn Balor
Match 5 – Alicia Fox vs. Sasha Banks
Here was the third part of this duo with the score reading one – one from their previous rounds. The match was booked for only three minutes where Sasha picked up a dominant win. She pinned Alicia with a double knee strike on the corner. After the match, Noem Dar came in to argue with Sasha, as Sasha slapped Noem. Alicia attacked Sasha and beat her down.
Winner – Sasha Banks

Match 6 – Kalisto vs. Apollo Crews
Short but fun match to watch. Apollo Crews dominated the match for the most of the time but Kalisto picked up a sudden win with a neck breaker. After the match, Titus showed frustration on Apollo for losing the match.
Winner – Kalisto
Match 7 – Matt Hardy vs. Sheamus
The match was stipulated as the winner would be given the permission to pick up the stipulation for their tag team championship match at Extreme Rules. The match was very good and entertaining. It was booked for some ten minutes and both wrestlers performed really well. Matt Hardy picked up the win with a sudden twist of fate. After the match, Matt Hardy announced that at Extreme Rules, they would meet them inside the Steel Cage.
Winner – Matt Hardy
Match 8 – Austin Aries vs. Tony Nese
Fast and pacy cruiserweight action, as Austin Aries totally outlasted his opponent in this match, Tony Nese. The Cruiserweight champion Neville was sitting outside the ring watching the match. Aries won the match via submission. After the match, Neville attacked Nese and beat him down.
Winner – Austin Aries by submission
Match 9 – Mickie James vs. WWE Raw Women’s champion Alexa Bliss
Short match just booked to promote the greatness of Alexa Bliss. It was an easy win for Alexa, and it was a clean one. We could not remember the last time Alexa won a match cleanly. Alexa pinned Mickie with a DDT. After the match, Alexa hit Mickie with a Kendo Stick. Bayley came out and took away the kendo stick from her hand. Alexa escaped, avoiding the beating.
Winner – Alexa Bliss
Main Event – Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins vs. Bray Wyatt and Samoa Joe
It was a great match and a rightful main event. The match was pretty entertaining and it was a good build up for their feud for the fatal 5-way no 1 contender’s match at Extreme Rules.
At the end of the match, Roman attempted to hit the superman punch on Samoa Joe, as Joe ducked it and Roman collided with Seth. Roman fell outside, as Bray hit him with the Sister Abigail. Joe locked Seth in the Coquina Clutch and Seth could not force himself out of this move.
Winners – Bray Wyatt and Samoa Joe by submission
