A packed episode of WWE Raw is waiting this week as the builds for Day 1 PPV event continues on the red brand. The headliner of the night will feature a steel cage match featuring the WWE Champion and one of his current challengers.
WWE Hall of Famer Edge will be there for a very special edition of Miz TV hosted by The Miz. Also, the WWE Raw Women’s Championship will be defended by Becky Lynch against Liv Morgan on the show that airs from the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee.

As announced last week, the WWE Title match at the first-ever WWE Day 1 pay-per-view will be a Triple Threat. Seth Rollins announced that he would be challenging WWE Champion Big E at Day 1 in a singles contest.
It was later noted that if Kevin Owens could win the non-title WWE RAW main event over Big E, then he would be added to the Day 1 match to make it a Triple Threat. Rollins was present on commentary for that match where Rollins launched an attack to force the disqualification to the contest.
Now, a rematch from last week will go down, this week where a Steel Cage match is being advertised between WWE Champion Big E and Kevin Owens. The match stipulation has been put into the scenario to stop another potential interference from Seth Rollins.

WWE Raw Preview (06/12/21): Miz TV with Edge
The feud that has just begun between The Miz and WWE Hall of Famer Edge will also continue on WWE Raw. As per the announcement, The Rated R Superstar will be The A-Lister’s guest on a special edition of Miz TV.
Edge’s return on last week’s WWE Raw was quickly interrupted by The Miz and his wife Maryse. This marked The Miz’s first appearance since leaving for ABC’s Dancing With The Stars back in September. Maryse also made her return on the show since mid-April.
The back and forth promo segment between The Miz and Edge included a reference to last week’s Thanksgiving Eve edition of AEW Dynamite where CM Punk name-dropped The Miz. The two eventually teased a fight but Miz backed down from it. Their verbal trade is likely to continue, this week on Miz TV.
This week’s episode will have WWE Raw Women’s Title match on the card. In a contract signing segment from last week, Liv Morgan vs. RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch was announced for the December 6 edition. It was WWE Official Sonya Deville who announced the title match after officiating the contract signing segment.
Liv Morgan won a Fatal 5 Way over Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Queen Zelina Vega and Carmella to become the number-one contender for the title on the November 8 WWE RAW edition. She also has the momentums by her side as she picked up the win in a massive 10-woman tag team match, last week.
