WWE Raw to go straight into a new era starting from tonight, with new champions. Roman Reigns has finally been able to capture the Universal Championship from Brock Lesnar. Also, Ronda Rousey dethroned Alexa Bliss to pick up her maiden title in the WWE.

These two strong champions can pull the TV ratings for the flagship show to new heights.

We will see what awaits them in the future. It’s worth to note that Seth Rollins also won the Intercontinental title to the delight of the fans. All of them will wait to receive new challenges in front of them.

Also, the road to the Hell in a Cell PPV will begin from tonight addressing Summerslam fallout. So a pretty exciting episode of WWE Raw will be in-store for us from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

WWE fans will have to deal with the fact that Roman Reigns is the new Universal Champion. He was finally able to end the reign of Brock Lesnar at Summerslam that continued for over 500 days. The question now is whether the beast incarnate is over with the deal of the WWE. We should get an answer to it, as the venue has confirmed his presence on the show.

Meanwhile, Braun Strowman will be seething for vengeance after taking the beatdown from the former champion. He will try to return the favour to the beast incarnate by having a physical confrontation. Braun might also try to cash in the Money in the Bank contract which could shorten the title run of Roman Reigns.

Ronda Rousey won the WWE Raw women’s championship from Alexa Bliss at Summerslam. The outcome did not shock us at all. Now the former champion still has a contractual rematch in-store. Will she like to invoke it against Ronda Rousey at Hell in a Cell? Going by WWE.com, the feud might continue for now,

“Ronda Rousey added to her already incredible legacy by making Alexa Bliss tap out in dominant fashion, claiming the Raw Women’s Championship last night at SummerSlam. How will the landscape on Raw change with The Baddest Woman on the Planet at the top of the mountain? And will The Goddess of WWE dare to come back in search of her sixth Women’s Championship?”

Dean Ambrose did not turn heel at Summerslam proving the speculations wrong from the rumour mill. It looks like that the alliance will continue until the next PPV, Hell in a Cell goes by next month. A tag team match for these two against Ziggler-McIntyre seems evident, as per the current advertisements. So the buildup will begin towards that.

Summerslam is that usual interval in WWE schedule that marks some call-ups from NXT roster. We can certainly expect some of those to happen on tonight’s WWE Raw. Names like Shayna Baszler, Adam Cole, Aleister Black, Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae can show up to make the night even more exciting.

We would also see what’s next for Finn Balor after bringing back the Demon persona. It usually signifies big things for him. With that be the case starting from tonight? Also, a new challenge should wait for the B-Team as their dream run is continuing.
