Lesnar is coming back less than two weeks prior to 2016 Royal Rumble and it’s quite easy to say that hi bringing carnage with him as he returns to the same city where he destroyed The Undertaker’s Wrestlemania streak. Here’s what to expect from tonight’s RAW:
Lesnar is back
The beast never shows up unless he means business and, this time, seems no exception as he will show up to deliver some news involving the upcoming Royal Rumble which in turn will ensure his Wrestlemania status in the upcoming weeks. It is ironic that he is returning to the same city where he conquered the Streak or perhaps there is a link to his return with the bombshell announcement that was made by Vince McMahon last week that Roma Reigns will defend his title against 29 other men at the Royal Rumble.
“One versus all”
Roman Reigns always has his mindset for the mentioned scenario but this time, the situation seems impossible this time as he prepares for this year’s Royal Rumble where he has to defend against 29 other men. So every superstar will try to make Roman, even more, weaken prior to the Rumble event. It will be interesting to see what challenge awaits for the bearer of WWE’s crown jewel tonight.
Kalisto gets a US title match
On Thursday Night Smackdown, Cena introduced Kalisto as Del Rio’s opponent and he shocked by pinning the US champion in a non-title match up. After pulling down an upset which is his biggest singles achievement thus far in his career, will the masked one get a title match for the US championship?
The Carnage continues
The first Smackdown main event on USA Network saw an ‘out an out’ brawl between Dean Ambrose and Kevin Owens. The bitter rivals ended in no contest and took the brawl all over the arena which finally ended after both of them fell from the ramp through a table. From the mindset of the two, it is quite clear that this rivalry is far from over and bring some carnage tonight on RAW too.
Payback for the “Flairs”
After pulling an upset victory over Charlotte last week on RAW, Becky has suffered a vicious beat down from the Flairs and had it not from the father daughter’s dirty games on Smackdown she might become the Divas champion. It’s no doubt that Becky will seek her retribution tonight but the question will she get success and manage to avoid the dirty games from the flairs?
