Rey Mysterio’s son Dominik appeared on WWE Raw to confront Seth Rollins. He attacked Rollins inside the ring but Murphy ran down and double-teamed on him.
The beatdown continued until Aleister Black made the save. But Black was thrown into the Plexiglass barrier and Murphy sent his eyes into the steel ring steps. Dominik then charged in with a Kendo stick in hand to scare away Rollins and Murphy.

MVP hosted an edition of the VIP Lounge on WWE Raw where Bobby Lashley and WWE 24/7 Champion Shelton Benjamin were standing by his side. MVP proposed a match for the guest Mustafa Ali against Bobby Lashley as R-Truth attacked Shelton from behind to start a brawl.

The proposed match between Ali and Bobby Lashley then went down on WWE Raw. Akira Tozawa appeared at ringside trying to steal the 24/7 Championship from Shelton Benjamin but was unable to do so. Ali hit a Springboard DDT on Lashley but missed a 450-splash. Lashley locked him the Full Nelson on Ali to get the submission win.
