Matt Riddle is back from his hiatus during the post-Wrestlemania 39 episode of WWE Raw and he’s fully focused on taking out The Bloodline. For those who don’t remember, WWE scripted an attack by Solo Sikoa to write him off TV as he was reportedly suspended after violating WWE’s wellness policy. Now, he’s back on the scene with a vengeance.
Riddle was out to save Sami Zayn from The Bloodline’s attack on Smackdown, this past Friday night and he’s repeated his actions over on this week’s WWE Raw, as well. In the main event match of the night, Solo Sikoa defeated Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion Kevin Owens after interference from The Usos.

Riddle saved Kevin Owens from an attack on WWE Raw
After the match, The Bloodline continued attacking Owens when Sami Zayn and Matt Riddle finally arrived at the arena (they reportedly were dealing with some travel issues) and made the save for Owens.
During this week’s WWE Raw, the first commercial for this week’s SmackDown was also aired which had Riddle advertised on it. They did not specifically mention any planned matches or segments involving him, but he was confirmed to be on the show to be a thorn in The Bloodline’s side. It’s also safe to assume that undisputed WWE tag team champions KO and Sami Zayn will also be on board for the show.

Moving on from Wrestlemania 39, WWE has a lot of plans for WWE Raw and SmackDown as they move towards an international event Backlash followed by another one, WWE King & Queen of the Ring. The Original Bro returning from a hiatus on WWE Raw will certainly include him in those plans.
For the time being, the match card for the April 14 episode of WWE Smackdown goes as follows,
– Matt Riddle continues his story with the Bloodline
– Xavier Woods vs. LA Knight
– Shinsuke Nakamura returns
Matt Riddle was originally scheduled to have a match against The Miz on WWE Raw, this week. But that match didn’t happen, as several Superstars faced travel issues making it to Seattle for the show. That match has probably been postponed for next week. The former team RK-Bro member is likely to appear on both the red and blue brands at this point.
