WWE RAW Tag Team Championships will be on the line this coming Monday’s episode on the USA Network. It has been announced by the WWE that the tag champs Randy Orton and Riddle will defend against The Alpha Academy – Otis and Chad Gable on the January 10 edition.
This match will take place as Alpha Academy won a non-title match over RK-Bro on this week’s WWE RAW. Otis also pinned Riddle in a singles contest to bring some momentums to his team. This title match happens within two weeks since Orton and Riddle retained over The Street Profits at WWE Day 1. Orton has scored recent singles wins over Otis and Gable, while Riddle has a win over Gable, but as noted he suffered a loss to Otis.
Team RK-Bro won WWE Raw tag team championships from AJ Styles and Omos at Summerslam 2021. Since then, this team has proven to be a top attraction from the Raw side. This upcoming title match will serve as one of the main events for the upcoming edition of the show that takes place from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
