The post-Wrestlemania edition of WWE Raw remains the biggest episode of an entire year which also brings out some chaotic moments. The latest one was no different which a couple of returns and debuts. A new champion was crowned on the night which also saw two separate teams getting split up.
Before WrestleMania 38, a split between Queen Zelina and Carmella was teased on WWE Raw, but they managed to get onto the same page right before their championship defense at the Show of Shows. Despite the efforts, they were unsuccessful in defending their Tag Team Championship Belt at a Fatal-4-way match at the big event. Sasha Banks and Naomi clinched the victory with Banks getting his third tag title win.

Then on WWE Raw, the two blamed each other for their loss at WrestleMania. The split indeed happened when Vega attacked Carmella, who then ran over to her fiancée Corey Graves. Vega decided to go to the backstage area but Carmella started making out with Corey on live TV. Byron Saxton advised them to get a room but they continued smooching each other with a lot of tongues in it.

On night Two of WrestleMania 38, we saw the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions being crowned in Banks and Naomi who Zelina-Carmella, Rhea Ripley-Liv Morgan, and Natalya-Shayna Baszler by pinfall. The new champions defeated Ripley and Morgan in a Championship Contender’s Match but they will get a title shot, next week on WWE Raw with the lineup being the same.
MVP-Lashley association broke on WWE Raw
MVP made his return on WWE Raw, this week after being away from the scene for months. He hyped up Bobby Lashley’s victory against Omos at Wrestlemania 38 after which All-Mighty came out. Omos soon joined them in the ring and demanded a rematch.
As the confrontation progresses, Lashley was suddenly struck from behind by MVP. In a shocking turn of events, MVP formed an alliance with Omos, delivering a big boot to Lashley while Omos planted him with a tree slam. Lashley took an unusual beatdown to get laid out on WWE Raw.
Omos was going solo after being split up with AJ Styles but Vince McMahon sees big things in him. Hence, MVP has been appointed as his manager while the babyface Lashley won’t possibly need anyone in his corner, moving forward.
