If the recent reports are to be believed, then we will be getting another PPV-like event in April 2018.
In general, Wrestlemania was supposed to be the only WWE Network special event, this month. But, the Greatest Royal Rumble event announced, earlier is going to be the second one in the line on April 27.
The amount of huge lineup it will witness, it’s almost certain that we can see the entire show on the award-winning network provided by the WWE. As reported earlier, this would mark 50 superstars competing in the Royal Rumble match.
This is going to be the largest lineup for this prestigious match in the history of the company.
With numerous announcements, WWE is hyping this event up to a big extent which might even shape up to be even bigger than Wrestlemania. Seven title matches were confirmed for the night alongside the Greatest Royal Rumble. In addition, the first five names in the contest have been declared.

According to the confirmations from WWE.com, those five superstars are Daniel Bryan, Kane, Big Show, Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt. It is not clear whether these five will be the first five entrants of the matchup or not. But, they will be a part of the history-making match, for sure.
It is interesting to note that Daniel Bryan getting included in the match will turn out to be the biggest attraction for the crowd in Saudi Arabia. So, this will definitely help out to make the Greatest Royal Rumble show, a sell-out.
It also indicates the leader of the YES movement will be seen more in-ring competitions in the future.
It certainly puts his status as the Smackdown general manager in jeopardy. It is expected that we might get a new name in this spot once Wrestlemania gets over. Meanwhile, Big Show will also be back in action after getting over from the hip surgery, last year. He might have signed a new deal with the company, right now.
