WWE Superstar from 205 Live roster Rich Swann was arrested a few weeks ago by Florida police after they found him guilty of domestic battery. He was accused to forcefully bring his wife back to their car on the open road, as per the eye witnesses owing to which he was put in jail.

This also handed out a suspension from the WWE for an indefinite matter of time.

He was able to get bail from the police, one night later. No official statement was recorded following the incident until Swann’s attorney issued one.

M. Pickens of Meldon Law will work on behalf of Swann in this case and spoke to Sporting News regarding the matter.

Pickens filed a note at the Alachua County Court that he and his law firm would be representing the high-flying superstar. They tried their very best to resolve the matter and came up with the success.

The lawyer earlier confirmed that no criminal charges were brought against his client. The official statement from his team was as follows:

“At this point, no criminal charges have been filed officially against him so depending on how that process plays out will determine our scope of representation…We’re hopeful for a fair and quick resolution on behalf of Mr. Swann, but ultimately the state attorney will make their decision (on potential charges) when they deem it appropriate.”

At this time, PWInsider.com confirmed that all the charges against the Cruiserweight superstar have been withdrawn. According to the source, the prosecutors were not interested in moving forward due to ‘insufficient evidence’.

With that being said, we can say that WWE might look forward to bring him back to the 205 Live division.

Some of the names who worked with Rich Swann and his wife, Su Yung in the indie scenes were aware of their volatile relationships. Their relation is said to be quite heated from the very beginning as they fell victim to various traumatized incidents over the past.

Hopefully, they have come over of these issues and will be concentrating on their professional wrestling career.
