The final qualifying match for the men’s division Elimination Chamber match ended in utter controversy on this week’s edition of WWE Raw.

Previously, the match was supposed to be a fatal-4-way involving Bray Wyatt, Matt Hardy, Apollo Crews and Finn Balor for the only remaining spot. The announcement regarding this contest was made on last week’s episode.

This week’s it was changed into a fatal-5-way once Kurt Angle decided to include Seth Rollins into the mix, as well.

Rollins was on the tag team championship picture for quite sometimes. But, with Jason Jordan being eliminated from the entire Wrestlemania season, he was left on the roster high-and-dry and wanted another opportunity to rejuvenate his singles career.

So, his pledge was accepted by the general manager as he was permitted to compete as the fifth member of the final qualifier for Elimination Chamber.

Rollins overshadowed all the other performers in this match pulling off all the stunts. But, in the end, he found a co-winner alongside him in the form of Finn Balor.

At the end of this week’s WWE Raw main event, both Seth Rollins and Finn Balor hooked the leg of Bray Wyatt to get the pinfall win. The referee declared both of them as the winners which is why we could not find out the actual sixth man who would take the final spot available in the Elimination Chamber.

Later, Kurt Angle took Facebook to address the situation and made a historic announcement of making a first-ever seven-man Elimination Chamber matchup.

The two winners continued to argue over the controversial win from the fatal-5-way match when the general manager showed up to decide that both of them should be given the opportunity.

Hence, both of them will be seen inside this demonic steel structure for the very first time ever. With that being said, we are yet to know how this match will be conducted with seven-man inside the structure.

We should get an update about the startup of the match which might turn into a triple threat instead of two superstars.

Also, it will be interesting to see whether Balor or Rollins get locked into the same pod or not.
