Kurt Angle announced the match when the challengers wanted to invoke their rematch clause. After competing at the Royal Rumble match, Seth Rollins and Jason Jordan came out first for the WWE Raw tag match followed by The Bar.
Rollins took control early in the match with his great athleticism, whereas, Jason Jordan was checked by the doctors after sent to the ring post. Later, Jordan left his partner alone in this match. After that, it was pretty easy for the challenger to deliver the white noise-clothesline combination to become four-time tag team champions.
