WWE Royal Rumble 2018: Universal Championship Match Result 1

Over the past couple of months, WWE officials faced a big problem while choosing the next opponent for Brock Lesnar who can face him for the Universal Championship.

Considering his reckless image and he had already conquered all the prime names from the Raw brand, it was a tough task for the creative team to find a worthy opponent.

Hence, they included both Kane and Braun Strowman into the championship match to make it a triple threat affair at Royal Rumble. The contest has been made bigger than ever considering that a beast, a machine, and a monster will be inside the ring at the same time. So, we could only imagine what carnage was waiting for us in this contest, and that’s how the match turned out to be.

No need to say that Braun Strowman was the absolute favourite while entering the match especially the inhuman deeds he had done over the past few weeks. With that being said, the match was hosted at Royal Rumble PPV. Kane entered the arena followed by the champion, Brock Lesnar who seemingly had bad intentions in his mind. Braun Strowman roared his way into the match only to find out that it’s the Suplex City.

He delivered suplexes on Strowman on multiple occasions and followed it up with a huge F-5 through the announce table. The same happened to Kane, as well. Meanwhile, the monster woke up and planted Lesnar with a slam in the ring. Kane levelled Strowman with a chair in hand when Lesnar delivered him with an F-5 to get the pinfall win and retain his title.
