One of the special attractions of Royal Rumble 2019 was the WWE Raw women’s title match. Ronda Rousey was up against perhaps her toughest challenge to date. The handpicked name Sasha Banks was her opponent who is a veteran competitor from the flagship show. For the first time ever, these two competed in a fresh matchup.

Expectations were pretty much high from this Royal Rumble contest. When it comes to Ronda Rousey, she has set a benchmark ever since starting her backup career in the WWE after leaving the UFC brand. Sasha Banks, on the other hand, is perhaps the most technical wrestler available from the female roster of the WWE.

No wonder fans wanted this to be a contest to remember for a long time. Also, these two has grown quite a bad blood between each other over the past couple of weeks. Ronda Rousey accused her opponent of being a fluke whereas Sasha Banks mentioned the champ as the one whom WWE handed everything. So this match had become more to defend their pride.
