Dec 28, 2016 at 5:02 PM
The WWE has booked Charlotte as a stronger-than-ever performer and there’s a reason to it. Her tremendous accomplishments as a four-time WWE Women’s champion can be used to set up a bigger match at Wrestlemania 33. Recent reports suggest a Charlotte vs. Ronda Rousey match is on the cards in near future.
It’s no secret the WWE wants Ronda Rousey in the women’s roster. Not only it will be a great addition in terms of star power, but she is also a tremendous athlete who can signify the ongoing women’s revolution. The question is will she be able to feature in a full-time role in the WWE or is it going to be a one-off appearance like the one she made at Wrestlemania 31?
A report from cagesideseats.com suggests Ronda Rousey has already been booked with Charlotte for Orlando, Florida. This is the reason why Charlotte has been unstoppable in the PPV matches. Her PPV winning streak will play a pivotal role in this feud. Hence, she is not likely to lose the streak until Wrestlemania.
Both Charlotte and Ronda Rousey are gifted athletes of their generation and so who better than Ronda to stop Charlotte’s streak than the woman who used to have an undefeated streak in the UFC, herself!
Ever since Ronda Rousey said she would love to be a WWE Women’s champion, someday, there have been speculations of seeing her in a match in the WWE. Stephanie McMahon has even hinted signing Ronda for Wrestlemania season.
