Next year’s PPV schedule will kick-start with the 30th edition of Royal Rumble PPV. The event is scheduled to take place at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. Reports suggest Shawn Michaels might return to face AJ Styles for the WWE World Championship.
It has been learnt that the WWE is trying to make an appearance with Michaels in a wrestling capacity. He is a trainer at the WWE Performance center in Florida and pretty much in wrestling shape. The rumors have just gone bigger after the current WWE World champion AJ Styles posted a picture on his Twitter account. The image shows Styles and Michaels standing face-to-face with the Royal Rumble logo under it. It pretty much looks like an image poster for the big event.

As reported by f4Wonline.com, WWE has tried to bring him out of retirement for multiple times for a match. But he is not willing to come out of it. During this year’s Wrestlemania, the company tried to make him compete in a match but it turned out to be one special appearance.
Styles has said on previous occasions that he would love to fight with the WWE Hall of Famer.
“I would love the opportunity to wrestle him. I’d love to learn from him, but who’s to say if that’s going to happen,” Styles said,
Meanwhile, a report from 434.com says Randy Orton is going to be the next opponent for AJ Styles after he is done with his rivalry with Dean Ambrose.
