It’s that time of the year when we can feel that the bell will toll in a WWE show as the arena goes dark. A Deadman will rise from his grave to step his feet back in his yard. This has been the norm for the past two decades where The Undertaker made the Wrestlemania phrase synonymous with his name. With the 35th edition coming up, rumors are running rampant whether he would perform this year or not.
Revealed: Full Match card of Wrestlemania 35
Huge match waiting for a returnee at Wrestlemania 35
Previous rumors delivered some negative feedbacks around his appearance. Apparently, his contract with the WWE was over and he may have not the intention to compete at Wrestlemania, anymore. This is the reason he was making more appearances outside the WWE banner. However, the latest update from Wrestlevotes has wiped out those reports.
As per the source, the seven-time WWE Champion will return to entertain the crowd at Wrestlemania 35. There’s no surety of whether he’ll compete in a match or just make an appearance. But his presence is almost confirmed. Here’s more via the source,
“Getting a ton of Undertaker / WrestleMania questions. Here’s what I’ll say: it would shock me 100% if he didn’t appear on the show. He’ll be there. TBD as to whether he’s in an actual match or not. Discussions were ongoing this week. Taker news is always tight-lipped backstage.”
Previously, rumor mill suggested that Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels will be the lineup for the biggest event of the year. These two will go to war once again at the showcase of immortals. Wrestlemania 35 might get to see the third installment of HBK vs. Taker series. Mr. Wrestlemania will lace up his boots trying to defeat The Phenome in his yard, yet again.
It’s worth to note that Shawn Michaels has no problems to be back to in-ring competition to wrestle guys of the same age. WWE has been pushing him hard to lace up the boots yet again. Even fans wanted to see this happen for a long time. This is why the comeback happened at Crown Jewel. But recent words from HBK suggested that he’s happy with that one match in Saudi Arabia with no intentions for another comeback match. Hence, WWE will have to organize a new feud for the Undertaker.
