WWE Rumor: The Undertaker Might Return For Wrestlemania 34 1

It was supposed that Wrestlemania 33 has already marked the career end for The Undertaker. The way he departed the grandest stage of them all, meant one thing, it was THE END for him. A legendary performer like him has broken his in-ring character, for the first time, due to the same reason. He embraced and kissed his wife, Michelle McCool despite being on live television.

After the match against Roman Reigns was done, he received a standing ovation from the audience. By leaving his attire in the middle of the ring was a clear hint that he does not intend to return to the squared circle, ever again.

However, recent reports from Wrestling News suggested that WWE is still open to having an Undertaker return for next year’s Wrestlemania. Despite The Deadman’s wish to end his career at this year’s Mania, the writers of the WWE are not willing to write him off the programming, sooner.

The main uncertainty with his career was due to the hip surgery that he has undergone following the grandest event in Florida. The Phenome and WWE Creative are unsure about whether he will be able to step into the WWE ring, ever again. Hence, they gave a hint of the same to the audience of the career-end, in case he can never return to wrestle.

But, there are numerous examples from the past where superstars came back from a hip surgery and resumed their career. Keeping this in mind, WWE writers are still thinking of an Undertaker return. It will not happen, this year considering the hip surgery takes a lot of time to give back a wrestler’s physique. But, that has all the chances to happen at Wrestlemania 34.

In case you have forgotten, The Deadman was present in the press conference for the 34th edition of Mania from New Orleans, next year. It was another indication that he will be a part of the event.

Plus, it is interesting to note, WWE has never admitted that the career of the Undertaker was done, officially. All the commentators from Raw were instructed to tell that it was the perhaps end for the legendary career and they did the exact same considering there’s still a possibility of a return.
