WWE Rumor: The Undertaker Ruled Out Of Wrestlemania 34 1

The status of The Undertaker has been in jeopardy ever since his match against Roman Reigns has passed by. It was the night when he suffered the second loss of his Wrestlemania career. Quite expectedly, he left his in-ring gears inside the ring hinting that this was the last match, indeed, in the WWE.

But, WWE never confirmed that he is retired, officially which is why the rumors of seeing him in a match are always up on the internet. Specifically, the dream match between The Undertaker and John Cena has been a hot topic for the wrestling fans now that the Wrestlemania season has picked up.

Also, the fact that John Cena mentioned Undertaker’s name as his potential opponent in the post-Elimination Chamber of WWE Raw, hinted that the Deadman is coming back, at one point. But, the franchise player of the company did suggest that the officials informed him that this match is not possible, this year. Hence, he had to move to the Smackdown brand to get a Wrestlemania match.

Earlier, we thought that this was just the storyline perspective to create the hype up for the return of The Undertaker. But, is the recent reports are to be believed then he is not working in the biggest event of the year, this time around. Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated was the first one to bring out the news.

According to the source, The Deadman has been ruled of Wrestlemania 34 from New Orleans, Louisiana. John Cena did know that and a backup planning would be sketched around him. Check out the updates from wrestlingnews.co,
“John Cena s in line for a major WrestleMania match after all. It was reported Rey Mysterio was backstage at SmackDown Live in Los Angeles this week hammering out the details of a return for a match against Cena at WrestleMania 34.

It was also reported that The Undertaker has indeed been ruled out of performing at Mania this year. So if that were true Cena’s remarks about a match with The Dead Man not happening could be legit.”

Once this news was confirmed, the Cenation Leader wanted to work with either Samoa Joe or Rey Mysterio at the biggest event of the year. Since Joe is dealing with an injury, Mysterio might sign a deal in due course and set up the match against Cena. Meanwhile, The Undertaker is not present in the Wrestlemania 34 Blu-ray cover art which is another confirmation that he will not be performing at his yard after 25 years.
