Wrestlemania 35 to set a new record

Rumors are seemingly high at this point which are trying to find out which superstar might end up facing Kurt Angle at Wrestlemania. Ringsidenews.com reported that WWE officials are considering The Undertaker as one of the most possible names. WWE.com also hinted the same in their prediction around this match.

However, the source also confirmed that The Undertaker himself does not want to perform in this kind of match at this point of his career. Wrestling Observer Newsletter also published a report suggesting that John Cena and Baron Corbin are the two most likely names to retire the Olympic Gold Medalist at Wrestlemania 35.

We will find out which option the creative team decides to go with once WWE Raw airs. Meanwhile, WWE.com has confirmed that Kurt Angle is in a farewell tour for now,

“On Raw, live in his hometown of Pittsburgh, WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle announced that his career was winding down and that he would be embarking on a farewell tour leading to his final match at this year’s WrestleMania. Apollo Crews was first to challenge The Olympic Hero on his four-week retirement run, ultimately falling to the Angle Slam at the end of an intensely competitive match. Who will Angle face next?”
