Mickie James and Trish Stratus redefined the women’s division, over a decade ago. It was for names like these that the women’s revolution began a long time ago.
The women superstars could have shown that they had much better potential than to show skins or feature in adultery segments. But they did not receive enough opportunities.
However, fans from the Ruthless Aggression Era would remember the feud as mentioned above. These two had a stable women’s championship match back at Wrestlemania 22. We should note that a title match on the male superstars dominated card was a rare thing to see in the WWE.
But they pulled off a successful outing in a match where Mickie James created history. She was able to defeat her nemesis cum idol in the showcase of immortals. It made the rivalry between these two to be unforgettable. Now it looks like we might witness another edition of this feud.
Stephanie McMahon had confirmed the women superstars of the WWE would compete in their PPV named Evolution. 50 superstars will take part in it from the present roster as well as the past. It raised the bar high around the show, as the fans have started thinking about some dream matches.
We can ask for some dream returns on the show. WWE had recently confirmed two of them in the form of Trish Stratus and Lita. These two cornerstones will be back to perform on that one-off night in WWE calendar. We don’t know yet in which capacity would WWE use these two ladies.
So, the veteran Mickie James proposed a Wrestlemania rematch that happened 12 years ago with the following comments,
“We’ve stood the test of time my friend… But after announcement from @StephMcMahon and all the excitement for something we all worked so hard for I must ask… One more time?!”

Trish Stratus also took a positive note on this matter recently wanting to be a part of it.
There’s no surety of whether this match can happen or not. Mickie James is still an active competitor in the WWE roster. Trish had retired from in-ring competition a decade ago.
However, she returned in different occasions to compete in surprising capacities. Hopefully, it happens one more time on October 28th.
