WWE Rumour: Update on How Longer The Shield Reunion Will Last 1

The Shield reunion left the world talking on the last edition of Monday Night Raw, for sure. It has also provided the boost that the flagship show might have needed in the absence of the major names like Brock Lesnar or John Cena. The sellout of tickets for the TLC PPV will be great considering that The Shield would in the main event spotlight.

The already confirmed match between The Shield vs The Miz, Sheamus, Cesaro and Braun Strowman is more than enough to sell out the Raw-exclusive event on October 22nd. It is supposed to be a successful show in contrast to the Hell in a Cell PPV from Smackdown that saw a plenty of empty seats due to poor buildup.

Now, The Shield might be the hottest property around, at this time but the question is that how long the trio will work together? All of them are established singles competitors, and the creative team can’t afford them to book in a team capacity, for sure.

According to the reports of cagesideseats.com, The Hounds of Justice is not supposed to be together for a long time. By the end of 2017, this team will be over. For now, the combination will work great for the WWE, and they will come up with yet another great matchup at the Survivor Series PPV, as well. But, that should be the end of their partnership.

Going forward, each of them will give focus on their singles career with the clause remaining that whenever needed, they would be back, together. Now, there’s also some backlash going on about WWE not playing the iconic Shield theme music during their entrance. We heard Roman Reigns’ music playing rather than the infamous “Sierra, Hotel, India, Echo, Lima, Delta….Shield!” music.

According to the Twitter handle of CFO$, a newly created Shield entrance music might be in-store which will get debuted. The bigger revelation of the song is expected to be made during the TLC PPV.

CFO$ is a renowned songwriting production which is behind the lyrics of many of the WWE superstars including Bobby Roode’s, Glorious Domination. Only time will tell whether the original theme music of The Shield will be kept or not.
