Rhea Ripley went to SmackDown to confront Charlotte Flair
The long-standing feud that has been brewing for three years officially began after Rhea Ripley made an exciting announcement during RAW, revealing that she will confront the champion on the February 24 episode of SmackDown. In reality, it was her on-screen boyfriend Dominik who confronted Charlotte Flair. The two went through a verbal war before The Queen mentioned her husband and AEW superstar Andrade El Idolo with the following quote, “real Latino man at home who calls her Mami in a thick accent.”
WWE Hall Of Famer Ric Flair watched the segment and took to Twitter to send a warning to Dominik Mysterio by stating the following,

Buddy Matthews, the real-life boyfriend of Rhea Ripley’s also reacted on the segment from Friday Night Smackdown. We believe there is a lot of unfolding left in the ongoing storyline that will culminate at WrestleMania 39.
While speaking on Smack Talk, the former Zeb Colter in WWE aka Dutch Mantell addressed Charlotte Flair’s segment with Rhea Ripley and Dominik. Per the veteran, The Queen had probably demeaned Ripley with her promos,
“I don’t think she still has the guts to take it or the skills to take it. See babyfaces need that, to put their opponent over, because if they do get beat, well, they’re pretty good and if they lose, they lost to a nobody. Because now Charlotte has demeaned her and downgraded her skill in the ring, so I don’t think Charlotte came out ahead of this interchange.”
