Bombshell Chelsea Green finally had the chance to show up, on the main roster via this week’s SmackDown but it wasn’t that big as thought earlier. Her opportunity to win a match and join the blue brigade for Survivor Series 2020 failed despite her having a connection with backstage people, as per the storyline.
Liv Morgan has qualified, last night for the Women’s SmackDown Team at WWE Survivor Series 2020 in the same match where former WWE NXT Superstar Chelsea Green made her debut on the show. The episode on FOX saw Morgan win a Fatal 4 Way Survivor Series qualifier over Green, Tamina Snuka, and Natalya.

WWE Smackdown: Chelsea Green Debuts On The Show
The match on SmackDown was originally about to start out as a Triple Threat, but then Green was added to the match right before it began to make it a Fatal 4 Way. Green was rarely seen in the match after digesting a dropkick off the apron to the floor by Morgan, earlier in the match.
Morgan ended up pinning Snuka for the pin to win after hitting a Face-buster on the mat. The storyline that WWE tried to tell on SmackDown was that Chelsea Green had some affiliation with WWE Producer Adam Pearce who is now acting as a backstage official. A backstage segment also aired before the match where Natalya entered Pearce’s office to complain about competing in the qualifier. Natalya exited the scene before she was informed of a Triple Threat. After that, Green appeared and smiled at Pearce.
While Green wasn’t presented with the opportunity to steal the show, last night, Liv Morgan joined Bianca Belair and Ruby Riott as confirmed members of the SmackDown Women’s Team. Two more Superstars will be qualified from the female division while one more spot is left from the male side.
