Another vignette around the SmackDown mystery woman aired and this time it was revealed to be Carmella. She cut a promo saying how she’s not a princess anymore. From now on, she’d be untouchable.
Sasha Banks appeared in a promo segment challenging Bayley for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. The match was confirmed to go down, next week during the Draft.
The Intercontinental Championship was on the line on SmackDown main event where Sami Zayn defended against Jeff Hardy. Zayn connected with a Blue ThunderBomb but Hardy kicked out and dropped him for a Swanton Bomb attempt. Zayn put his knees up and avoided the finisher. Hardy went for another top rope move but Sami knocked his legs out, and he fell face-first into the exposed turnbuckle. Zayn easily covered for the pinfall win to retain his title. Zayn celebrated to send the show off-air.
