SmackDown this week planted the seeds of a huge WrestleMania match instead of ending the confusion regarding the Elimination Chamber match card. The main event match was set where six participants of the Elimination Chamber competed in a tag team match. WWE Hall of Famer Edge opened things on SmackDown, this week but he was interrupted by Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman, and Jey Uso. They had some conversation over the WrestleMania 37 main event. Sami Zayn came out ranting about how he wants to be in the main event. Jey Uso gave him a Superkick before Reigns said something to Edge’s ears before leaving the ring.
Apollo Crews vs. Shinsuke Nakamura was the first match of SmackDown with Big E sitting at the commentary table. Nakamura gave some knee shots to Crews before getting caught with a Spinebuster. Nakamura avoided a Military Press and applied the arm-bar. He turned into a pin for the win. A frustrated Crews then attacked E and Nakamura with the steel ring steps to badly injure both of them.

Seth Rollins arrived at the ring to cut a promo at the moment when Big E was taken out of the arena by the medics. He was not happy over how the locker room turned their back on him, last week. This was the reason why Cesaro suffered an attack by his hands, last week. He then warned everyone else about having the same fate who won’t agree with his leadership.
John Cena Legit Choked Out Some WWE Stars With STF Finisher
The Riott Squad vs. Natalya and Tamina Snuka was the next match lineup on SmackDown where Liv and Riott were in control. Billie Kay appeared trying to catch up with Nattie and Tamina to provide a distraction. Tamina made the tag and knocked Liv off the apron. She gave a side-slam to Riott to win the match.
WWE Smackdown Results (19/02/21): Bayley hosts Ding Dong Hello talk-show
Bayley hosted her talk-show on SmackDown with guests Women’s Tag Team Champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler. Carmella’s sommelier Reginald entered the ring to have some conversation. Sooner Sasha Banks and Bayley also entered the conversation to set up a huge tag team match.
Sasha Banks, Bianca Belair, and Reginald vs. Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler, and Bayley was the lineup of this inter-gender tag team contest. Jax missed a Leg Drop and landed hard on the mat. Reginald tried to jump on her but she caught him. Banks and Beliar delivered a double drop-kick on Jax. Reginald fell on top of Jax to get the pinfall win. Banks and Beliar were confirmed to challenge Jax and Baszler for the tag team titles at Elimination Chamber PPV.
Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio vs. Chad Gable and Otis was the next match of SmackDown which was disqualified. Otis dropped Rey with a splash on the mat before sending Dominik outside the ring. Otis continued to work on Rey avoiding the referee’s warning which led this match to a DQ-end. After the match, Otis and Gable continue to attack Rey teasing a heel-turn.
Sami Zayn, King Baron Corbin and Jey Uso vs. Cesaro, Daniel Bryan, and Kevin Owens was the main event match lineup for this week’s SmackDown. The end saw Daniel Bryan cutting off Sami from doing a top rope move. He applied the LaBell Lock to get the submission win. He celebrated when King Corbin caught him with an End of Days.
The other competitors also entered the ring to deliver their finishers. Jey Uso dropped Cesaro with a Superkick after which Edge entered the ring with a Spear on him. Suddenly, Roman Reigns appeared out of nowhere and dropped Edge with a Spear of his own to send SmackDown off the air.
