The final episode of SmackDown before Clash Of Champions 2020 aired, last night with Roman Reigns scheduled for an exclusive interview. The Intercontinental Champion was in action in a non-title match while Alexa Bliss was also set to be in action against Lacey Evans. Also, dramas around the Money in the Bank of briefcase continued when the show aired from the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. Here are the results,

SmackDown opened with an Intercontinental Title showcase ceremony where it was announced that both the belts of Hardy and Zayn will be hung above the ring on Sunday at Clash Of Champions. The three ladder match participants then started a brawl in the ring as Hardy stood tall hitting a Twist of Fate on AJ.

Adam Pearce announced that SmackDown will feature a triple threat opening match featuring Hardy, Styles, and Zayn. AJ hit a Phenomenal Forearm on Hardy but Zayn came from behind and shoved him off the ring to steal the pinfall win. AJ hit Zayn hard with the ladder and took him out of the ring. He climbed up and posed with both the titles.
