Multiple entries into the Men’s and Women’s Rumble Matches were declared on the night alongside the indications that WWE is finally splitting up the tag team titles.

The two were seemingly gearing up for a new tournament that Pearce informed them as well as the audience. It will determine the new number-one contenders for WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships.

The Usos made history as WWE Smackdown tag champs

The Usos have been the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions for over 540 days, smashing WWE’s earlier record of The New Day to become the longest-reigning WWE Tag Team Champions of all time. Jimmy and Jey Uso captured these straps from Rey and Dominik Mysterio at Money In The Bank in July 2021.

Moving on, they also won the Raw Tag Team Championships from Randy Orton and Matt Riddle in May 2022 and after this win, they have been referred to as the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions. With Wrestlemania season coming up, the champions seemingly have to be focused on defending their separate title belts.
