WWE Summerslam 2023 Results Part 4, Women’s Title Match, Roman Reigns Vs. Jey Uso, Multple Big Surprises

Charlotte Flair remained the dominant of the three women from the very beginning and Bianca Belair was fighting with a bad knee. The injury was definitely kayfabe but with excellent acting she made us believe that it was real. At a point, she crashed on her knee directly on the steel steps which looked and sounded pretty scary.

She made us all believe that it was a legit injury. But when she came back from it, we understood that it was totally work. At the end of the match, Charlotte locked Bianca on the Figure 8, Asuka hit the Myst on Charlotte’s face and when he attempted to hit a Kick on Bianca, the EST ducked it and pinned Asuka with a Roll Up. Congratulations to Bianca for registering her name as a three times WWE Women’s champion.

Jimmy Uso Betrayed Jey Uso At The End Of The Main Event

And this is where the surprising part came in. It was previously rumored that Iyo Sky would be the first woman in WWE history to register a failed Money in the Bank cash in. But that did not happen, instead, she cashed it in successfully and won the Championship. Even Dakota Kai came out to congratulate Iyo for this big win. It was really a big win for the Japanese professional wrestler.

Match 9 – Tribal Combat Match for the Undisputed WWE Universal Heavyweight Championship – Roman Reigns defeated Jey Uso to retain

Definitely it was an amazing match but was it the best match of the night? That would be debatable. This was however the longest match of the night as expected with a stunning 35 minute long booking time. The match started with a slow pace much like every other Roman Reigns match. But slowly it picked up pace and the duo produced an excellent match.

The Tribal Combat is nothing but a normal No Holds Barred match and it had no difference whatsoever. At a point It looked like Jey might take the victory but we all knew that he was not going to win. We were just waiting to see how he loses. Solo Sikoa became a part of the match to help Roman Reigns but somehow Jey Uso dealt with him too.

At the end of the match, when Jey was finally taking the control, a hooded figure pulled him out of the ring and knocked him out with a super kick. The hooded figure turned out to be Jimmy Uso. So Jimmy betrayed his brother. Finally we are going to see a brother vs brother feud. As Jey returned to the ring, Roman Speared him through the table and pinned him to win. Roman Reigns celebrated his victory as this year’s SummerSlam went off air.
