WWE Survivor Series 2017 Results: Brock Lesnar vs AJ Styles 1

One of the main events of this year’s Survivor Series scheduled between Brock Lesnar and AJ Styles.

Previously, Jinder Mahal was supposed to take on the beast incarnate. But, AJ Styles won the WWE Champion defeating the former champion changing the lineup for Survivor Series.

It was a must-watch match for the fans, as the Conqueror of the WWE was set to go one-on-one against the Phenomenal One who has proven himself ever since coming down to the company. Plus, any time given a match between the prime champion of the Raw brand against the prime champion from the Smackdown brand is a must-watch match.

We also expected an interference from Jinder Mahal to seek redemption against AJ Styles in between the match. So, the anticipation was quite higher before the beginning considering the scenario.

Before the start of the matchup, Paul Heyman cut a promo on how AJ Styles will be put into a fight of his life courtesy the reigning defending Universal Champion. AJ Styles made his way into the arena, first to a huge ovation from the crowd. Brock Lesnar followed him up to make Houston, the Suplex City for one night.

It was a surreal scene, as these two veterans stood face-to-face inside the ring. Brock Lesnar wasted no time to start with the German suplexes to open the gate of the Suplex City. But, Styles came back with a Pele Kick and a number of fore-arms on the beast.

The WWE Champion was desperate at one point targeting the injured knee of Lesnar and locked in the Calf Crusher. But, the Conqueror was right back on his feet to connect with a single F-5, out of nowhere to come up victorious, just like that.
