TLC Match for the WWE Universal Title
Kevin Owens vs. Roman Reigns with Paul Heyman (c)
Owens hit two Superkicks on Reigns before hitting a Pop-up Powerbomb through a table. Owens almost climbed the ladder but Jey Uso stopped him from doing so. Owens took him out with a Stunner and re-climbed the ladder but Reigns was back in the ring. He hit a low blow and then locked in the Guillotine Chokehold to take out Owens. Reigns grabbed his belt to win the title match.
“The Fiend” Bray Wyatt vs. Randy Orton
The rules of the WWE TLC main event stated that one had to put his opponent into fire to win the match. After the initial fighting, Orton dropped The Fiend with a ring-draped DDT and went for the RKO. Fiend blocked it and tried to lock in the Mandible Claw. Orton countered and sent him into the flames to win the match. Once the match was over, Orton put gasoline over the Fiend and light a matchstick to put his entire body into the fire. The PPV went off the air as The Fiend’s body was burning in the ring while Orton posed standing around it.
