WWE: Top 5 Heel Turns Of 2016 1

One of the most interesting parts of the WWE TV is to see the character given negative shades after a span of time. This adds a new color to the persona of characters and also tests that certain one how good he is playing either a good or bad role. Plus it opens a new way of story-telling for the particular feud. The creative gets new options by a heel turn to add to the storyline. 2016 was no exception as we saw multiple superstars turning into negative characters and garnered much despise from the crowd.

Chris Jericho

Y2J is perhaps the best ever in the WWE while playing both positive and negative characters on-screen. So it does not really matter for him to turn heel because he knows the audience is still going to respect him. This one villainous act was needed from him for a guy like AJ Styles, who was new to the WWE. So he turned on him hitting a trifecta of Code-breaker and burning his ring-gear. This brought out a great Wrestlemania match between the two and Styles got into the title picture going forward.
