WWE: What Happened After Smackdown Went Off The Air: May 9, 2017 1

WWE Smackdown was live last night from London England with the crowd staying at their vocal best, all the time. The show ended with a huge tag team match between the team of Randy Orton, Sami Zayn, and AJ Styles taking on Jinder Mahal, Baron Corbin, and Kevin Owens. Jinder picked up the win on behalf of his team after pinning the champion.

This led him to a huge momentum before heading towards the Backlash PPV. Another huge match was officially confirmed for the PPV and that is of Shinsuke Nakamura facing off Dolph Ziggler.

Once WWE Smackdown went off the air, Nakamura was in action against the show-off for a great treat to the fans. The former NXT champion picked up the win by connecting with the Kinshasa on the show-off. This match has already taken place in the dark segment for quite a few times.

The 205 Live took place after WWE Smackdown Live. Since it was in the home country of the British, Jack Gallagher, he got to celebrate with the fans in a segment. He was toasting with Austin Aries in the middle of the ring which got interrupted by Neville and TJP.

Despite their effort to outsmart their rivals from the ring, Gallagher and Aries stood tall.

The ending of the show saw a brutal end since The Bryan Kendrick delivered a brutal assault on Akira Tozawa. He attacked Akira with the steel steps to leave him completely motionless outside the ring.

Plus, the Talking Smack show was hosted once 205 Live was over. In Daniel Bryan’s absence, it was JBL who joined Renee Young on the show. They discussed numerous topics from last night’s WWE Smackdown.

Quite interestingly, no superstars joined them on the set to give their opinion. Rather, they were interviewed at the backstage area by Dasha Fuentes. Dolph Ziggler, The Usos, and Mojo Rawley were amongst the superstars who showed up for the chat session on Talking Smack.
