WWE: What to Expect from This Week’s Raw: September 25th, 2017

The direction of WWE Raw has taken a new route following last night’s No Mercy PPV. Two main events of the night had certainly over-delivered and lived up to the hypes.

Two expected winners came out with their hands raised. One of them is expected to go on a hiatus, whereas, the other one will look forward to new rivalries from tonight onwards.

Plus, we expect to have major fallouts from last night so that the build-up towards the next PPV in line, WWE TLC can kick-off. This edition of Monday Night Raw will take place at the Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, California.

The show will kick-off with a new segment between The Miz and Roman Reigns. The match between Jason Jordan and the champion ended in an expected manner, as the latter one capitalised by using the number games.

Going forward, he is expected to have a fresh feud for his title, and Roman Reigns might turn out to be his next opponent. Plus, Jordan also demanded a rematch for the title which means the situation is going to be quite an interesting one on WWE Raw.

Brock Lesnar had successfully defended the Universal Championship at No Mercy. He is not expected to be present on the show for the next couple of months. In the meantime, we can’t expect Strowman’s momentum to get stopped, at all as per WWE.com updates,

“As the dust cleared, two things were certain. First, the next time the WWE Universe sees Paul Heyman and his conquering client, The Advocate will not be at a loss for words. And second, Monday Night Raw had better get ready for the fallout from The Monster Among Men. If there is one thing more dangerous than a victorious Strowman, it’s one who has been bested.”

The Women’s champion, Alexa Bliss retained her title successfully in the fatal-5-way match at No Mercy. We would love to hear what’s in store next for her. She is expected to get into a singles feud against Nia Jax that might culminate in a match at the WWE TLC PPV. Plus, Asuka’s debut has also confirmed on the same event. So, more updates will be given, as well.

We will hear the fallouts from Enzo Amore cheating his way out of No Mercy to become the new champion. Neville will take no time for invoking his rematch clause, and the title match might happen tonight. Plus, after their big wins, Rollins-Ambrose and Finn Balor will be looking for newer opponents.
