WWE: What to Expect From This Week’s Smackdown Live: October 24, 2017 1

With Brock Lesnar giving a positive response to the challenge made by Jinder Mahal, last night, the road to the Survivor Series PPV has officially begun.

Tonight, the reigning WWE Champion will be looking forward to giving back his appropriate reply to the Universal Champion. One of his companions, Sunil Singh, is scheduled to face AJ Styles in an interesting first-time match.

Plus, to the delight of the WWE Universe, Shane McMahon will return to Smackdown Live after Hell in a Cell PPV. He is going to address the situation between him and the new heel best-friends duo on his show. All of these will go down at the BMO Bradley Harris Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Shane-O-Mac has not been able to be present at the Tuesday Night show ever since the leap off the cell structure. It is quite a relief for the fans since he has recuperated from the concussions in quick time. Now that, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are claiming this show belonging to them, it’s time for the prodigal son of the WWE to step up and deliver a bold statement. Plus, we will hear some updates after that Raw invasion angle from last night.

As per the storyline update, Shane is still being considered to be a part of the Survivor Series PPV. He is expected to feature in a tag team match against these two Canadian brothers to seek the due vengeance. It might also turn out to be a 5-on-5 elimination matchup as a traditional tag team bout.

Jinder Mahal will have to start preparing for the marquee matchup against Brock Lesnar after the positive answer from the Universal Champion. It is going to be a monumental match in his career against the biggest box office attraction in the WWE.

In the Women’s title picture, the rivalry between Natalya and Charlotte will continue. The Queen still owes a rematch for the championship, as she never lost the match by pinfall. Rather, the title-holder tried to deliver an assault for the last couple of weeks. Tonight, that rift will continue including the champion delivering a message to the Raw Women’s locker room.

The New Day is out of the title picture, for now. Hence, they will look forward to building a feud against Rusev and Aiden English. Plus, Sin Cara should get a chance at the US title after defeating Baron Corbin in a singles match, last week.
