WWE: What Transpired Once Smackdown Live Went Off The Air: November 28th, 2017 1

An exciting main event match closed last night’s Smackdown Live from Lexington, Kentucky. It was a no disqualification contest between two of the dominant performers in the WWE today, Randy Orton and Kevin Owens. The end saw an unprecedented outcome with Sami Zayn coming down to the ramp and attacking Orton.

It allowed Owens to capitalise and hit the frog splash on his opponent. It also earned him a huge win over the 13-time world champion in their first-ever contest on the blue brand.

Speculations are going on about what will be the fallout on Sami Zayn after he interfered in the match despite being barred from the ringside area. However, as Corey Graves mentioned he technically showed up on the ramp. Hence, the clause was maintained. We will see what is in store for his future, next week.

As for last night, when Smackdown went off the air, the two best friends Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn shared a backstage segment. They were quite excited to overcome the odds against The Viper on the show. So, they claimed to keep the momentum on their side, for now.

Another superstar who made a major statement on the show was the former WWE Champion, Jinder Mahal. He put down his partners with the Khallas move. However, the scene was different in a released video on WWE.com containing the aftermath incidents.

Mahal alongside the Singh Brothers targeted AJ Styles following the matchup. They beat the hell out of the current champion in the middle of the ring. Plus, the Modern-day Maharaja also gave an interview on the Smackdown fallout show claiming that he is the most dominant superstar on the blue brand after the ambush on AJ Styles. The New Day also appeared in an interview claiming that they are the franchise tag team of the company.

Two dark matches took place for the fans in attendance. In the first one, Tye Dillinger defeated Mike Kanellis in a singles match by hitting his finishing manoeuvre. In the other one, Shinsuke Nakamura and Bobby Roode teamed up against Dolph Ziggler and Baron Corbin. The babyface superstars picked up the win to send the crowd home on a happy note.
