WWE Superstar Big Cass is no more an employee of the biggest pro-wrestling brand. Initially, he was going to be a main event superstar in the WWE after making a return from an injury.
But that did not turn out to be the case. He digested another expected loss at the hands of Daniel Bryan at MITB. Later, we received a shocking announcement from the WWE.
An official statement came from the higher-ups of the company that stated WWE has cut all the ties with Cass.
Generally, WWE wishes all the released superstars very best for their future career. It was not the same case for the seven-footer. No such ‘best of lucks for future endeavours’ was there within the released statement.
This certainly confirms WWE officials were not much happier with this man.
We have previously noted that Cass went into trouble after coming back on Smackdown. He went out of the script during a televised segment that dragged him into troubled waters back in May. Perhaps that was the beginning of the end, for him.
We did not receive any reactions from the released superstar, till now. He might be very upset after getting released by the biggest pro-wrestling promotion of the world.
Now, Cass will have to find a place in the independent circuit instead of main-eventing PPV events in the WWE. Hopefully, he can find success in his future stint.
Meanwhile, Enzo Amore, the former tag team partner of Big Cass expressed his reaction on this release. He posted a simple #HowYouDoin on his official Twitter account.
This was a catchphrase used by these two superstars during their heyday. Now, both of them are have become ex-WWE superstars after getting released by the company.
Recently Enzo has spoken up about not keeping contact with Big Cass, anymore.
Unfortunately, the distance between these two started back on the night where Cass injured his knee. It forced him to get out of in-ring competition since Summerslam 2017.
He returned following Wrestlemania 34 to start a feud against Daniel Bryan. It looked like WWE will try to put over this behemoth using Bryan.
Concluding, but the reality turned out to be totally opposite. We will not see him again in WWE ring in the future.
