WWE News: Brock Lesnar Advertised For A Surprise Appearance On Post-Summerslam Raw 1

As per the earlier reports, it was clear that Brock Lesnar will be handed a busier schedule during this summer. This is the last year of his contract and WWE intends to use him in relevant ways as possible. He is scheduled to appear in most of the episodes of Raw leading to the PPV, Summerslam.

He will be busy building up the biggest event of the summer which he is only capable of. Ever since his return to the WWE in 2012, he has competed in some of the marquee matches in this particular PPV. This year will be no exception as he will be looking forward to defending his Universal Championship after getting past with the challenge of Samoa Joe.

Now, it’s evident that he will be making a number of appearances prior to Summerslam in order to hype it up. But, once that is over, he might go into another hiatus since his contract allows him to work in a handful number of dates.

August 20 will mark the 30th anniversary of Summerslam whereas WWE Raw will take place the next night on August 20th in the same building of Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Brock Lesnar will face Samoa Joe, Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman in a fatal-4-way title match.

In addition, he is also being advertised to appear for the next episode of the flagship show on August 27th which will emanate from the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee. Superstars like Ambrose, Rollins, Reigns and more will also show up on the night. The promotions of his appearance are being made locally to make it a sellout. WWE does not address these types of appearances, so early.

However, since the arena itself is advertising this one, it will eventually turn out to be true. With that being said, it can be assumed that he will be available for one more PPV from WWE Raw even after Summerslam. As per WWE’s recent schedule, it is going to be the No Mercy PPV in September.
