Heading into Crown Jewel, a big match announcement is expected on WWE Raw as Brock Lesnar resurfaces on TV, this week. A United States title match is scheduled on the same show where The Good Brothers will also be back in action. Elias returns on Monday nights while The Miz gets an opportunity to get rid of his nightmares on the October 17 episode that takes place at the Paycom Arena in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

A confrontation between Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley is expected to take place on this week’s WWE Raw as The Beast has accepted the latter’s challenge.

It was confirmed on this past Friday’s Smackdown that The Beast will be appearing on the Red Brand show just a week after taking out Lashley with two F5s, a German Suplex, and a Kimura Lock. The attack also cost The All Mighty the United States Title to Seth Rollins.

Lashley vs. Rollins was originally scheduled to happen but, Lesnar destroyed Lashley prior to the match allowing Rollins to capitalize on the situation and capture his first championship win in WWE since 2019. When Lesnar appears on WWE Raw, the expectation is that a rematch against Lashley should be announced for WWE Crown Jewel.

The renewed feud between Lashley and Lesnar allowed Rollin to become the only second two-time Grand Slam Champion in WWE history but his long-term is coming right after him to take away the belt. As announced on Smackdown, Rollins will have to defend his belt against none other than Matt Riddle.

The Original Bro defeated The Visionary, nine days ago at Extreme Rules Fight Pit via submission to get the first title shot. We’ll see if his never-say-die attitude could make him a two-time US Champion, tonight.

WWE will once again be synonymous to “Walk with Elias” as The Drifter returns to TV, this week. The confirmation about the return came during the season premiere of Raw this week via a promo graphic. Nothing has been noted about whether Elias will do a concert or perform in a match in his comeback to WWE TV since the August 15 episode of WWE Raw where his entire family including father Ernie Jr. and brother Elrod appeared in a hospital to support Ezekiel.

WWE Raw Preview (17/10/22): Brock Lesnar; United States Title Match; Lumis vs. The Miz 4

Dexter Lumis has been troubling The Miz for a long time with sneak attacks and even by invading his home. Last week, Lumis crashed The A-Lister’s birthday bash and sent Miz’s wife Maryse face-first into a cake to ruin the festivities.

A frustrated Miz then ended up agreeing to a match against Lumis in a one-on-one capacity with the stipulation suggesting that if Lumis wins then he will receive a contract from the WWE Raw brand. We’ll learn tonight whether Miz can prevent his current adversary from permanently arriving on the red brand.

Cora Jade and Roxanne Perez are involved in a bitter rivalry that started with a heel-turn by Jade, out of nowhere, this past summer. Now Cora Jade will be heading to WWE Raw to find an opponent for Roxanne Perez for this week’s NXT. Perez has already chosen Raquel Gonzalez from Smackdown to compete against Jade, tomorrow night on NXT.
