David Warner (Australia) – 71.88

During the 2019 ODI World Cup, Australian opener David Warner made comeback to the international cricket after one year (completing suspension period due to involvement in the sandpaper-gate incident during the 2018 Cape Town Test) and still he successfully showed how he committed to the game. In that tournament, Warner finished as the second most run-scorer as the left-handed batsman scored 647 runs in 10 innings with an average of 71.88.
In that entire tournament, Warner hit three centuries and three half-centuries. His best knock in that tournament was 166 runs off 147 balls against Bangladesh at Nottingham on 20th June 2019 (in the League Stage game). Warner played an important role for his team in that tournament while the defending champions finished as the semi-finalists.
