Sachin Tendulkar: The only bowler to successfully defend six or lesser runs in the final over in an ODI for twice

The legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar was undoubtedly one of the greatest batsmen as he is still holding many batting records along with the number of matches records in the international cricket, including Test and ODI formats. However, Tendulkar was also very famous for his bowling as the right-arm bowler was very useful with the ball in hand.
Even the captains liked to use him in the tensed final overs in ODI cricket. Tendulkar is still the only bowler who successfully defended six or lesser runs in the final over in an ODI for twice.
The first such incident happened during the semi-final of the 1993 Hero Cup against South Africa at Kolkata (24th November 1993) where Tendulkar defended six runs in the final over after conceding only three runs (also one run-out happened in that over).
Tendulkar next time did the same thing during the 1996 Titan Cup match against Australia at Mohali on 3rd November 1996, where Australia needed six runs to win in the final over, and they had only one wicket in hand. While Tendulkar delivered the first ball of that final over, Australian batsman Brad Hogg was run out without adding a run and India won that match by five runs.
