Yusuf Pathan

The elder brother of Irfan Pathan, Yusuf Pathan is famous for his aggressive batting and effective off-spin bowling. He was a member of the Indian team while winning the ICC World T20 2007 and ICC Cricket World Cup 2011.
Yusuf made his international debut during the final of ICC World T20 2007 against Pakistan at Johannesburg (on 24th September 2007) where he replaced the injured Indian opener Virender Sehwag. Yusuf has played 57 ODIs and 22 T20Is for India till March 2012, where the right-handed batsman scored 810 runs and 236 runs respectively, and also took 33 and 13 wickets respectively. During his international career, Yusuf impressed with his fearless attitude, but he failed to maintain his consistency.
While his brother Irfan already took retirement from the game, Yusuf is still playing domestic cricket for Baroda. Yusuf was also a star cricketer in IPL history as he was the first cricketer to win the Player of the Match award in IPL final history (2008) as he played the most important role for Rajasthan Royals to win that trophy. He was also holding the record of fastest fifty in IPL history (15 balls), but at present, he is in the second position in this list.
Yusuf was also a regular team member for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) while winning their IPL trophies in 2012 and 2014 editions. He is one of the most experienced IPL players as he has played 174 IPL matches, where he scored 3,204 runs (average 29.12) and also took 42 wickets. However, he remained unsold in the 2020 IPL auction.
