Washington Sundar
India will host the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021. So, spinners will definitely play an important role in this upcoming T20 World Cup. After Ravichandran Ashwin, India haven’t got any powerful off-spinner yet. The 20-year-old Washington Sundar has the ability to become the next Indian off-spinner but he has to improve and upgrade his skills. He has taken 19 wickets in 23 T20Is, but he is economical with the ball in hand, who also bowls in the mandatory powerplay.
In his IPL career, Sundar has managed to pick up 16 wickets in 21 matches. Playing under the Indian captain Virat Kohli in the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) side, Sundar is getting effective guidance and it can be helpful for him to improve his status in the Indian cricket.
