Just before the beginning of the IPL 2020, former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra revealed his prediction on the final points table standing in this tournament.
IPL 2020 will begin in less than 24 hours. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) will host the entire IPL 2020 that will run between 19th September and 10th November 2020. On Saturday (19th September) evening, the IPL 13 will begin with the match between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium (Abu Dhabi).

Ahead of the IPL 2020, Aakash Chopra, who played IPL in 2008 for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), predicted the final points table. While he feels that it is a difficult question at this moment, he chose Delhi Capitals (DC) as the best team in the final points table in this tournament.

His next two teams in this list are the last year’s finalists – the last year’s runners-up Chennai Super Kings and the defending champions Mumbai Indians respectively. According to him, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) can be no.4-positioned side.
In his YouTube channel, Chopra said, “It is a tough question. I will go with Delhi Capitals at No.1, Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians at No.2 and No.3 and RCB at No.4.”
His next four teams, who can miss out the playoffs of the IPL 2020, are KKR, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) respectively.
Chopra continued, “At No.5 I will go with KKR, Sunrisers Hyderabad at No.6, Kings XI Punjab at No.7 and Rajasthan Royals at No.8.”
I feel there is a scope of change between No.2 and No.3: Aakash Chopra
Chopra also feels that the CSK and MI positions can be exchanged. Meanwhile, he also feels that KKR can beat RCB in the contest of advancing the playoffs of the tournament.

He further added, “This is my prediction although I feel there is a scope of change between No.2 and No.3, CSK could be third and Mumbai second. And KKR can be at No.4 and RCB could go to No.5.”
Aakash Chopra also talked about the most potent bowling line-ups in the IPL 2020. He believes that only two teams have potent bowling line-ups in the IPL 13. In this list, while his first choice is Chennai Super Kings, his second choice is Delhi Capitals.
