Imran Tahir – Chennai Super Kings (41 years)

Pakistan-born South African leg-spinner Imran Tahir is not only the oldest player among the present Chennai Super Kings (CSK) squad, but he is also the oldest cricketer in the IPL 2020. The 41-year-old was born on 27th March 1979.
The Purple Cap winner in the IPL 2019, Tahir has played 55 IPL matches. The in-form leg-spinner is ready to serve again for the CSK in the IPL 2020.
Despite the 40-year-old Indian off-spinner, Harbhajan Singh will not play in the IPL 2020, the CSK side still has six more players (excluding Tahir) who are 35-year-old or more. Even Ambati Rayudu will be added to this list on the 5th day of the IPL 2020.
