IPL Season 2020 Players’ Auction Scheduled In December: Reports

The most awaited Indian Premier League player’s auction will start soon. The Indian Premier League (IPL) is all set for the preparation for the next year. The IPL franchises have also started planning for the next season.
IPL 2019 preparations got delayed due to the ICC World Cup 2019 but this time without any halt the preparations have started earlier. The T20I world Cup 2020 will start from October so IPL 2020 will play a crucial part for the national team selection. It is to believe that the IPL 2020 will start in April.
As per reports by Mumbai Mirror, the auctions of players will be held in December and the date will be released soon. The teams will release players who are underperformer and new members will also be included.
In the latest report published by Duff & Phelps, it has been understood that the IPL has experienced a 7% brand value growth in 2019. This will also let to increase the salary of the franchise. Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians (MI) had also whopping increase in their brand value. As per reports, the franchise will get Rs 3 crore increment but officially it is not announced.
IPL teams are busy to set properly balanced sides for the 2020 season
Many teams have started changing their team members and staff. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), the worst performer in last IPL, has already selected new Head coach Simon Katich and batting coach Sridharan Sriram. Kolkata Knight Rider (KKR) has also selected Brendon McCullum as the new head coach. Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) is also finding a new coaching staff who can support the team to achieve a better result.
The cash-rich league gives many new players the chance to make their way in the senior team. This league has given many players the limelight. It will be exciting to see new faces and new team representers in IPL 2020.
